Sutton Day Nursery is an Ofsted-registered day care centre for children aged six months to five years old. This year-old facility was extended and refurbished in February 2013. It runs weekdays from 8am to 6pm (with optional extended hours from 7:30 to 8:00am and 6:00 to 6:30pm), closing for bank holidays and Christmas. We have recently unveiled new indoor and outdoor bespoke areas, as well as a separate baby room spefically designed for babies from six to 18 months old.
At Sutton Day Nursery we aim to provide an environment where your child will feel safe and secure, and be able to grow and develop to their full potential. We follow and implement the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework, which is for children aged up to five years old. Areas of learning and development include personal, social, emotional and physical development, communication, language, mathematics, literacy, understanding of the world, expressive art and design.
As part of The Sports Village, we are able to offer fantastic additional activities to your child such as tennis, gymnastics, dance and soft play, which are not typically offered within a childcare environment. Classes are taught by highly qualified coaches, giving children as young as 18 months the opportunity to develop their coordination and balance.
At Sutton Day Nursery you will be greeted with a smile at every visit from all of our highly trained and qualified members of staff. We recognise every child and their family as individuals and will endeavour to meet your needs. We recognise that choosing childcare is an important and daunting decision; therefore, we would like to invite you for a visit and the opportunity to talk through any of your queries and individual requirements.
We currently have vacancies available for our main nursery as well as our baby room. We accept childcare vouchers and flexible education funding (FEF). Subject to availability, we offer a free half-day trial for all new children.
Please contact Michelle Kendrick (Nursery Manager) for further details via phone on 020 8254 2118 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not always able to answer the telephone, so please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
